The hotel was simple and fairly clean everywhere. All the personnel was lovely. The breakfast was incredible with modern coffee machine with good food.

The location here is fantastic with its proximity to a tower and museum, making it a great spot to stay.

The place was modern and quiet, no reason to complain, can recommend. I had a pleasant experience here, everything was perfect, the location was fantastic near all tourist attractions and restaurants as well as the old town. The staff was gentle, affable. It was close to Torre del Leone, liked its location very close to the railway station.

My room had a big comfy bed, central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, plus the staff was super helpful and top-notch, couldn't ask for more.

This place is quiet and absolutely great, the rooms are modern and huge, and the beds are lovely, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the facilities were excellent. the hotel had a modern style that my sons, aged 17 and 20, loved. the air conditioning worked really well - important for a light sleeper like me. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's also conveniently located only a 10-minute walk from the Square of Miracles.

I felt extremely welcome during my stay and had no reason to complain.
