The hotel was simple and fairly clean everywhere. All the personnel was lovely. The breakfast was incredible with modern coffee machine with good food.

The place was modern and quiet, no reason to complain, can recommend. I had a pleasant experience here, everything was perfect, the location was fantastic near all tourist attractions and restaurants as well as the old town. The staff was gentle, affable. It was close to Torre del Leone, liked its location very close to the railway station.
Hard to think of anything.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, definitely worth the price. The location was great, just a short walk to the famous tower and even closer to the train station.
The breakfast option could use some improvement, maybe more variety would be nice.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the facilities were excellent. the hotel had a modern style that my sons, aged 17 and 20, loved. the air conditioning worked really well - important for a light sleeper like me. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's also conveniently located only a 10-minute walk from the Square of Miracles.
I felt extremely welcome during my stay and had no reason to complain.
